Sleman - Management Student Association (HUMMAN), Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta (UPNVY) commemorates its 26th anniversary, on September 18, 2020. A series of HUMMAN anniversary celebrations were packaged under the name of "HUMMANNIVERSARY" with the theme "It's time to shine". The theme means that HUMMAN competes with other campus associations. The purpose of this event is for the external HUMMAN branding, departments and the UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta campus environment.
Zul Akhyar Hidayat, as the chairman of HUMMANNIVERSARY 2020 stated that HUMMANNIVERSARY was opened with the procession of tumpeng cutting on 18 September 2020 which was attended by the Bachelor of Management coordinator (Mrs Dr. Purbudi Wahyuni, MM), some representatives of OK (namely, the Student President, Home Affairs Ministry of BEM FEB, the Deputy Chairman of BEM FEB, the Chairman of Himasepa, the Secretary of Himasi, the Chairman and Deputy Chair of KSM Corporation, and the Chairman of KOMMA), as well as several administrators of HUMMAN and HUMMANNIVERSARY. Then, the HUMMANNIVERSARY was continued with the After College Program, VUSION, and HUMMANNIVERSARY Tournament which of course were held online considering the current conditions that were being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Taravia Purbosari, as the chief executive of the After College Program 2020, said that the After College Program (ACP) is an online national seminar (webinar) that presents reliable speakers in their fields to educate webinar participants in preparing for the world of work. ACP 2020 raised the theme "New Normal: Digital Business vs Conventional Business" and the speakers were Tine E. Effendi (AVP of Customer Satisafaction Management at Bukalapak) and Muhammad Al Qodri (Co-Founder of Lars Coffee). The webinar, which was held via Zoom on September 18, 2020, also successfully attracted the attention of 140 student participants from various universities in Indonesia.
"We raised the theme "New Normal: Digital Business vs Conventional Business" because we wanted to adapt to the current pandemic conditions," said Taravia Purbosari, the Chief Executive of the 2020 After College Program.
On the same occasion Dimas Andi, the chief executive of VUSION 2020, said that VUSION is a national-level Business Case competition that targets students throughout Indonesia to have problem solving in order to solve cases that have been given by the competition committee. Vusion has the theme "Pandeconomy: Reconstruction of the Tourism Industry in a New Normal System" this year by raising a case being faced by the management of Gembira Loka Zoo while running #dolannyaman in the New Normal era. This online competition has been held from 20 July 2020 to the Grand Final on 26 September 2020. "The enthusiasm of the participants is quite high, it is seen from the participants who registered reached 46 teams from universities throughout Indonesia, such as ITB, UI, Undip, UGM, UTY, President University, State University of Malang, and Udayana University.
Meanwhile, the HUMMANNIVERSARY Tournament is an e-sport tournament event that is held online and targets the general public in Yogyakarta. The tournament game contested consists of Playerunknown's Battlegrounds Mobile (PUBG) and Mobile Legends. This event is held from 13 September-26 September 2020 (for participant registration) to the tournament which will be held from 3-6 October 2020 with the final livestream via Youtube. "The response so far is quite good, because the registrants are still there and enthusiastic until now, it can be said that it is not bad, because there has been many asking about the requirements at the beginning of the registration branding. In addition, the obstacle of this event may be in the monitoring section to avoid jockeys and the live streaming media because e-sports that are being conducted online are still relatively new," said Normalita Rahmawati, the head of the HUMMANNIVERSARY Tournament.
